Trifle x Knopes
Bagatelle x Knopes is located at 18 rue Dicks in Luxembourg city, just next to Place de Paris, born from the desire of Angélique Bartolini, the founder of the Bagatelle boutique, to settle in the Grand Duchy to create a concept store .
After having fallen in love with the local, she is considering a collaboration with the coffee roaster Knopes, which, like her, offers quality products. He decides to embark on the adventure by installing his 3rd Coffeeshop in Luxembourg. The idea is then to create a real place of life mixing centers of interest and different universes.
Some work and a lot of elbow grease later, the two partners opened their doors on Saturday June 16, 2018.
After a first Coffeeshop in the center of Luxembourg opened in 2001 and a roasting workshop coupled with a second coffeeshop in 2014, KNOPES ARTISAN TORREFACTEUR is now opening its third coffeeshop.
Customers are welcomed Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
KNOPES ARTISAN TORREFACTEUR offers a selection of fine coffees freshly roasted in Luxembourg (higher grade “specialty”) available for consumption on site or for sale so that you can also prepare delicious cups at home.

A team of experienced baristas is at the service of customers for preparation advice or information on this complex beverage which has around 1000 aromatic and taste components.
Coffee lovers since 1936
Fabien, François and Catherine Knopes represent the fourth generation of roasters in the Knopes family. They are the great-grandchildren of founder Albert Knopes. They are part of the current coffee revolution which is gradually spreading to many European countries with a qualitative and modern approach.
With 9 years of experience as a stylist for French brands (integrated and freelance), Angélique Bartolini gave herself a new challenge and decided to create the Bagatelle boutique in Thionville. After 6 years of a first adventure, and a desire for evolution, she decided to move her shop to Luxembourg.
Quality Clothes
The brands and collections are carefully chosen, between the fabrics and the cuts, absolutely nothing is left to chance. Angélique sees fashion as an art of living, and the representation of a state of mind. This is the reason why she provides each of her clients with numerous personalized advice based on their style and morphology, so that shopping is a pleasure in a pleasant universe.
It offers a personal and very sharp selection of clothing with in particular the following brands Sessùn, Soeur, Des petits Hauts, Veja, Ba&sh, Reiko, American Vintage for women, Le Slip Français, Pretty Green, Ben Sherman for men.
The shop also offers vinyl records for sale, in collaboration with the independent record store “La Face Cachée” located in Metz, as well as some decorative items, notably with the Serax brand.
