All items in the current and non-sale collection can be exchanged (depending on stock) or refunded. Sale or discontinued items can be refunded. Customer returns must be returned to the address indicated below within fourteen working days from the date of receipt or collection of the package. The products must be returned by post in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice, to the following address: Bagatelle shop, 18 rue dicks L-1417 Luxembourg

For foreign countries, the customer must specify to the customs services that it is a “return for non-compliance”. Items on sale or end of series may exceptionally be subject to size exchange within the limits of available stocks.

It is up to the user to keep all proof and date of this return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If it is an exchange, the new delivery costs will not be charged to the customer.

Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the package.

Note: Given the exceptional measures taken in France in the fight against Covid-19, the return times for all orders are extended until the end of confinement.
